SoloRosa is the only winery in the New World founded on dry rosé. Our first vintage, in 2000, consisted of one barrel—approximately 23 cases. Today, 9 years later, we make quite a bit more, although our average production is still very small.
SoloRosa is as refreshing as rosé can be, yet it carries enough weight and complexity to please the most discerning aficionados. We have been consistently praised by critics the world over, and the wine has even appeared on such television shows as Today, Conan O’Brian, and Good Morning America. “What’s all the fuss about?” asked Connoisseurs’ Guide in its first-ever rosé round-up. It’s “a fuss created in part because folks like SoloRosa started making serious rosé.”
Drink SoloRosa slightly chilled with all manner of meals: from seafood to steaks, Mediterranean to Mexican or even Indian cooking. It's pretty darn delicious with your favorite sandwich or pizza, too.
